My Friend, I promise, I know how hard this is to live by, as well as remember on many days, but this is why I’m here today.

I am here to remind us both that we can get up, start our day, and move.

We can move, despite the paralyzed feeling of pain, anxiety, grief, or fear.

God is our strength when we have none.

Be encouraged sweet friend! You are not alone. You are never alone.

Lean on your Creator because He will give you the strength to move and the direction in which to move in.
