25 Days Countdown Recipes

This is a sweet yeast bread you can make if you are tired of the same boring white bread. While it is baking it leaves a beautiful fragrance of cinnamon in the air, which if you are like me, you love to smell coming from your kitchen this time of the year.
This recipe actually came from a cook book I borrowed years ago from our local library, but I can’t remember the name of it. I just know the recipe is amazingly easy and the bread is fabulously wonderful.
It makes wonderful Panini sandwiches as well as scrumptious French toast.
It tastes wonderful if spread with peanut butter or a honey cream cheese spread as well.
Enjoy! If you bake it, leave a comment below and let me know what you think.
Ingredients
2 tsp or 1/2 packet of yeast
2 c bread flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
7/8 c milk
2/3 c raisins (optional)
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the machine in the order of you manufacture’s recommendations. Choose either a regular or a light crust (depending on your preference), select the sweet setting and push start.
Disclaimer, I have used this bread for a scheduled setting and it comes out just as beautifully as if I had done it on the present setting.
Happy Bread Baking!
