Try this Chicken, Quinoa, and Zucchini Recipe



Chicken Breasts

Fresh Lemon

Lemon/Black Pepper Seasoning

Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan to prevent chicken from sticking. Sprinkle lightly with lemon/black pepper seasoning. Cut fresh lemon into slices. Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and place slices on the top. Bake for about a half hour or until baked completely.



1 c Quinoa

2 c Water or chicken broth

Lemon/Black Pepper Seasoning


Boil 2 cups of water (chicken broth); add one cup Quinoa to boiling water. Bring back to a boil and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until light and fluffy. Season to taste with lemon/black pepper and serve.



Zucchini (enough for your family)

Olive oil

Lemon/Black Pepper Seasoning


Heat over medium heat olive oil. Cut your clean zucchini into chunks. Saute’ until tender. Sprinkle to tast with lemon/black pepper seasoning.
